Surface Coating

Surface coating has been used in many applications including reinforcement, abrasive, thermal insulation,
anti-corrosive, electrical shielding and optical reflection. The coating materials include Si, oxides, nitrides, carbides, metals, alloys and more. CVD's method is the most commonly used for surface coating because of its low cost, high deposition rate, large volume and good uniformity, especially for irregular and oversize objects.

CVD specializes in providing customize solutions for surface coating. Our equipments have been used in aerospace, military, electronic, optical and mechanical applications.
