Semiconductor materials are widely used in optoelectronics devices, e.g. light emitting diode (LED) and Infrared detector.

LED
LED is mostly made from GaN, InGaN, and AlGaN. New materials such as ZnO and ZnSe are currently being studied for the next generatin in LED.

At CVD, we provide MOCVD for GaN, ZnO research and our HCL Dry Etcher to support multiple MOCVD in LED production.

Infrared Detector
HgCdTe (MCT) is the most commonly used material for infrared detection. We supply LPE systems for HgCdTe material deposition.
